At Master K's we offer a complete co-ed boxing program with training for the beginner to the advanced student. Whether you are interested in simply staying fit and having fun, or taking it to the next level of sparring and competition, our experienced trainers will work with you to accomplish your goals. Private instruction is also available.

We have a complete training facility, fully carpeted with mirrored walls, including a professional boxing ring, speed bags, heavy bags, double-end balls, medicine balls, professional jump ropes, and exercise equipment.

Boxing can be one of the most important and fundamental skills in your self-defense arsenal, and at Master K's we take it very seriously. Stop by or give us a call any time to start experiencing the benefits of boxing!

Master K's Beginner's Boxing Workout
Boxing is an excellent form of exercise, combining the benefits of an aerobic workout with physical strength training. Boxing provides you with a number of important benefits, including:

• Improved reflexes
• Improved balance and flexibility
• Stress relief
• Confidence under pressure

Our beginner's boxing workout, located at our main school, will get you into shape fast. We put you through the same training routine that professional boxers use. You'll jump rope, hit the bags, and learn all of the basic punches and defensive moves from certified instructors, all in a safe and controlled environment.

We always allow you to train at your own pace. Use the beginner's boxing workout simply to keep yourself fit or make it part of a comprehensive program to build your boxing skills and eventually move up to our advanced training program.

New classes start at the beginning of each month and run for 4 weeks. You pay for only one 4-week class at a time. We never require long-term contracts. Check our class schedule for dates and times.

Master K's Advanced Boxing Training
Take your boxing skills to the next level with our advanced training program! The Master K's advanced boxing program is available to students who have completed several months of the basic boxing workout. The training gets tougher, the drills get more complicated, and the intensity increases as you progress through the advanced boxing program.

For students who are interested in sparring, the head trainer will assess their skill level and determine if they are ready. Students can spar once they have completed a minimum of 3 months of training at our facility, have the consent of the trainer, and have obtained all the necessary sparring equipment. Sparring is carefully monitored by the trainer and contact is controlled.

Once the student has been sparring for a time, he/she may want to compete. Competitions can be arranged through the trainer and the managers of the boxing program.
