Our women's kickboxing exercise program will teach you the proper way to execute kicks and punches, all taught by certified martial arts instructors. It is not an aerobics dance class, but it is an excellent aerobic workout.We incorporate all the exercises that a kickboxer would use to train for competition.

All the endurance training, footwork, kicking drills and heavy bag drills are included. You will be hitting and kicking the speed-bags, heavy-bags, focus mitts and more. Jumping rope, shadow boxing, situps, pushups and calisthenics are just some of the exercises that are mixed into our program.
